Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nexus Intelligence ("the Service"), operated by Zelth ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nexus Intelligence is a multi-tenant, AI-powered data query and analytics platform that enables organizations to connect their own databases and perform natural language queries, build dashboards, and run cross-database correlations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each organization ("tenant") operates within an isolated workspace.

Role hierarchy: Accounts are assigned roles (Tenant Owner, Admin, Power User, Analyst, Viewer) that determine access levels. Tenant Owners are responsible for managing users within their organization.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data in your databases. Zelth does not claim any rights to your business data.

Workspace database: You provide and control your own PostgreSQL database for workspace data (sessions, dashboards, correlations). Zelth does not have access to this database. Connection credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never stored in readable form.

Platform data: We store only authentication records, billing information, and security audit logs on our platform database. This data contains no client business information.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to execute destructive SQL (DROP, DELETE, TRUNCATE) through the natural language interface — such attempts are automatically blocked and logged
• Attempt SQL injection, privilege escalation, or other security exploits
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or platform infrastructure

We implement enterprise-grade security including: real-time anomaly detection on login attempts, automatic blocking of dangerous SQL patterns, IP-based access controls, append-only audit logs, and role-based access control with six permission levels.

All dangerous command attempts are logged with full context and are available for review by tenant administrators and platform administrators.

Subscription plans define limits on seats, datasources, and query volumes. Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Non-payment may result in workspace suspension. Suspended workspaces can be reactivated upon payment — no data is deleted during suspension.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your platform account will be deactivated
• Your workspace data remains in your own database (you retain full control)
• We will delete the encrypted reference to your workspace database
• Billing records are retained as required by law
• Security logs may be retained for up to 90 days

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zelth is not liable for any data loss in your databases, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
